The trainer

The estate is located in Germany's Bergisch Land and is an international training centre now in its third generation of ownership. Elmar is also active as a show jumping trainer both in Germany and abroad.
As an author and speaker, he specializes on the topics of training show jumping horses and riders as well as the breeding of show jumpers.
His book "Training the Modern Show Jumper" was first published in 2002 and is now one of the standard texts within show jumping literature.
